Spartan is currently in development. By joining our waitlist, you are signing up for founding access and product updates only. This is not a live financial product, and no credit cards, bank accounts, or financial services are being offered at this time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Spartan website and signing up for our founding access waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Spartan provides a waitlist registration system that allows users to:
- Sign up for founding access to future Spartan products
- Receive updates about product development
- Participate in our referral program
- Provide feedback to help shape our product
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. While our product is designed for military service members, veterans, and military families, waitlist registration is open to anyone interested in our mission.
4. User Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when signing up for our waitlist. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the waitlist.
5. Referral Program
Our referral program allows waitlist members to invite others and earn milestone rewards. By participating, you agree to:
- Share your referral link only with individuals who consent to receive it
- Not use spam, automated systems, or deceptive practices to generate referrals
- Understand that referral rewards are subject to change and will be honored upon product launch
6. No Financial Services
Spartan does not currently offer any financial products or services. We are not a bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution. Joining our waitlist does not constitute an application for credit, a financial account, or any financial product.
7. No Government Affiliation
Spartan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. military, or any government agency. The terms "military," "veteran," and related terminology are used solely to describe our intended audience.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Spartan or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Spartan provides this waitlist service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
